 In addition to individually scheduled sessions, we offer a flexible monthly membership designed to help you save money and stay consistent with your treatment — key factors in a successful recovery! 

 Our membership option runs on a monthly cycle, with no long-term commitment required! 

 - Four, 40-minute sessions per month

- Individualized to your personal recovery and wellness needs

-Conveniently located at our Yukon location

- Freedom to schedule each session at YOUR convenience, using our online scheduling system

- No long-term commitment, cancel anytime! 

Our monthly membership fee is $250 and must be paid in full at the start of each calendar month.

Proration details: 

Our membership runs on a calendar month cycle but can be initiated at any point in the month, with a proration to cover the remainder of the current month. 

Cost based on the date you begin your membership: 

1st-7th: $250

8th-14th: $190

15th-21st: $130

22nd-31st: $70

Appointment Scheduling/Rescheduling: 

-Members may reschedule appointments up to two times per month. Any rescheduling requests beyond this amount will be approved on a case-by-case basis, and individuals with excessive amounts of cancellations or reschedules will no longer be eligible to continue membership.

- Membership appointments are subject to the availability on public scheduling calendar, within normal operating hours.

- Member is responsible for ensuring that the appointments are scheduled prior to the end of each calendar month.

- While we will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs or any unforeseen circumstances, any appointments that remain unscheduled at the end of the month will be considered to be forfeited and will NOT carry over to the following month.

- In the event of clinic closure due to illness, weather, or other reasons- membership appointments WILL get priority flexibility in scheduling once reopened.

Membership Cancellation: Our membership is on a monthly basis and monthly payments must be made manually. You can choose to not renew your membership at any time, but any remaining unused appointments will be forfeited at the end of the calendar month that is currently paid for.
